Community education

Water by Design is committed to improving community awareness and understanding of our urban waterways and how best to care for them. We provide a range of resources aimed at educating, encouraging and empowering residents of South East Queensland and beyond to take action in their own homes and local communities to protect and improve these values now and into the future.

The resources on this site have been developed by Water by Design with the support of Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI) and the Reef Urban Stormwater Management Group (RUSMG) to improve and protect our waterways and the reef.
