You will then be directed to the job application portal (Employment Hero). Once you have logged in, you will be able to submit your CV and details. 

While the recruitment process may vary slightly depending on the type of role, it will look something like this:

1. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your application. 
2. A shortlist call will be conducted – this is where you can ask more questions and see if you’re keen to progress. 
3. Interview one will be with the hiring manager for your role and a People & Culture representative. 
4. If you have a second round of interviewing, you will be meeting with the hiring manager’s manager! 
5. Following successful interviews, we move to reference checking. 
6. Success! You move to verbal and then written offer.
