If you are involved in koala conservation investments, this tool is for you, and we would like your feedback!
Healthy Land & Water is building a smart analytics platform for koala conservation – a user-friendly scientific tool for data integration, decision support, and cross-communication among stakeholders.
The Healthy Land & Water Koala Conservation Tool will:
- Give multiple users a single view of koala conservation across South East Queensland.
- Use a Bayesian network analytical engine to model and simulate the impacts of conservation efforts on koala habitat, threat mitigation, and potential koalas.
- Ingest, process, and merge relevant datasets.
We have done the technical review with our dedicated experts and now we would like your opinion as an end-user. We want to make sure that the tool is effective for you and supports you to make science-based decisions.
