Ramsar photo & poster competition - Winners announced
Photo & Poster winners announced!
Thank you to everyone who entered this competition. We received so many amazing photos that show off the beauty, diversity, and ecological values of the Moreton Bay Ramsar Wetland that it was difficult to pick a winner!
First prize – photo competition
Congratulations to Tina Sinclair who has been awarded first prize (2 nights accommodation at Minjerribah Camping) with a family of photos showing off different aspects of the Wetland, including landscapes, ecosystems, flora and fauna, and recreational activities.
Runner-ups – photo competition
We are also awarding several runner-up prizes (ferry tickets to Coochiemudlo Island), as each photo demonstrates the Wetland’s beauty and values:

First prize – poster competition
The winner of the Moreton Bay Ramsar Wetland Poster Competition is Jacinta Ament (15 years old), for her beautiful watercolour of the Ramsar Wetland. The picture depicts the Wetlands' beauty and tranquillity, with a simple and meaningful message to ‘take care’ of it. Congratulations and well done Jacinta.
