Helming First Nations engagement and advancement in Healthy Land & Water.
Wajuk Noongar and Yinjibarndi woman, Nicole Rawson-Harris is part of the Healthy Land & Water team in the role of Cultural Engagement Lead. Nicole has over 15 years of experience navigating the intricacies of environmental and social policy planning and has previously worked with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, the Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs, and the Queensland Environmental Protection Agency.
Having recently led The University of Queensland in their transition from an Innovate RAP to a Stretch RAP, Nicole is leading Healthy Land & Water's RAP, as well as playing a key role in our Governance and informing our strategy, working closely with People & Culture to increase First Nations inclusivity and participation.
