Deborah Corbett-Hall, Chief Financial OfficerDeborah leads Healthy Land & Water’s financial portfolio as our Chief Financial Officer. As a strong financial strategist with risk and compliance expertise, she brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in Australia and the UK, with a focus on finance, governance, compliance, safety and stakeholder management.

She leads our organisation with her extensive experience in heading multi-year financial forecasting strategies, streamlining complex budgets, and building successful compliance frameworks to ensure financial integrity.

Deborah’s financial experience extends to leading development of technical position papers on Australian accounting standards, working with Board members to develop budgets, define strategies and deliver clean audits, helming opex and capex working groups for senior leaders to review and influence, creating new financial strategies, restructuring debt portfolios and full cost budgets for commercial businesses, and beyond.

Deborah holds a Master of Mathematics with First Class Honours, a Master of Business in Professional Accounting, is a Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia, is an IECL Level 1 Coach, accredited in MBTI (Type I and II) and is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.
