You are invited to attend our FREE two-event workshop series “Regeneration and Resilience: Crafting Your Kedron Brook Backyard Restoration Plan” on 19 October and 16 November 2024.
The workshops are designed to equip Kedron Brook residents with the knowledge and tools needed to regenerate their backyard while making it more resilient to weather events and improving its ecological values.
Join us to explore, through a restoration lens, the typical opportunities and challenges of living on a creek, deepen your understanding of the local ecosystem, and start crafting a practical plan for maintaining your land. Plus, you'll have the chance to apply this knowledge directly by using a big map of your backyard to create your own personalised restoration plan!
Though not mandatory, we strongly encourage participation in both workshops as it will help you to better understand and apply the information provided. As personalised maps, specialised tools and equipment will be provided free of charge, registration is required.
Please note that these workshops are tailored to an adult audience.
Both workshops will be held on private properties in the Kedron Brook area. Location details will be shared closer to the dates.
Here’s the description of each workshop and links for you to register.
