Join us for a great fire preparedness night for people in the Gympie area.

This session is your chance to obtain practical advice and guidance and hear from local experts on fire in your landscape and reducing bushfire risk.

  • Rural Fire Service: Prepare Act Survive training and the new Australian Fire Danger Rating System.
  • Fire ecology, ecological burning, and hazard reduction, from fire ecologists.
  • Agency planned burn programs from Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service, Queensland Rural Fire Service.
