Delivering on-ground projects that protect and regenerate catchments and waterways around South East Queensland
Margie Dickson is a Senior Project Engineer in the Land Restoration team at Healthy Land & Water.
She supports the delivery of projects that prevent sediment and nutrient runoff from entering waterways, supporting healthier ecosystems, more efficient water and wastewater services, and creating shared value for communities. Margie is passionate about putting her skills to work delivering on-ground projects that protect and regenerate catchments and waterways around South East Queensland.
At Healthy Land & Water, Margie contributes to site selection, planning, design, and on-ground delivery of gully and streambank stabilisation projects, including both earthworks and revegetation. Her construction management experience here ranges from ephemeral watercourses to major SEQ rivers and tidal areas.
Before joining the Healthy Land & Water team, Margie completed her Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Queensland and has four years of experience as a consulting engineer in infrastructure approvals and project development.
